Medical AM/3DP Community Discussions

ASME is hosting a series of calls to discuss needs and share activities to facilitate collaboration and resource sharing for COVID-19 response. The calls are open to anyone working in the medical and/or 3D printing field. You can add questions and information to share when completing the meeting registration.

  • ASME Digital Collection: From ASME’s digital collection, these technical papers relevant to efforts to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, are free to download.
  • ASME INSPIRE: For anyone challenged with home school activities, is providing access to ASME INSPIRE through the balance of the school year. INSPIRE can help keep family members engaged in a positive space focused on STEM  Within a school setting ASME INSPIRE is ideally suited for grades 6-10; with parent/guardian support, children in 4th and 5th grades should be able to navigate also.   • DOD COVID-19 Joint Acuisition Task Force: The DOD’s COVID-19 Joint Acquisition Task Force has aligned with the efforts of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), HHS to support the collection of information from America’s industrial base as the need for critical supplies continues to grow. This information will be shared directly with the COVID-19 Joint Acquisition Task Force as part of a holistic effort to give COVID-19 response leaders insight into the readiness and capabilities of communities outside the traditional medical supplier base. Learn how your company can assist those affected by this disease:
