Sponsor tables will be identified with a card listing their company name. In addition to the 6ft table/chairs the area will have Wi-Fi and a power source available. Companies should bring any other materials, promo items, or equipment they may need.
There will be room between tables to accommodate a ~10 ft backdrop display, pull up banners, table cloths, etc. Registration, meals, and breaks will also take place in this area and the ballroom behind it.
