- Registration is required prior to uploading your final paper.
- At least one author from each paper must register at the author rate.
- Papers MUST be presented only by an Author on that paper. No exceptions.
- Papers presented by a Non-Author (of that paper) will NOT be published in the conference proceedings.

- Rates are based on ASME membership… irrespective of author status.
- Attendees who pay the Non-Member registration rate will be offered a 4 month trial ASME Membership (complimentary) following the conference.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR AUTHORS/PRESENTER: The registration deadline for authors/presenters and presentation only is September 9, 2022. At least one author of accepted submissions must register and pay by September 9, 2022 in order to present on-site and have their paper published post- conference. This option and rate will not be available after the deadline.
- Student Authors who already have a co-author registered at the full rate by the September 9th deadline and their final paper uploaded, can register themselves after September 23rd at the student rate.

Full Registration Includes: Access to all Technical Sessions, Keynotes/Plenaries, Daily Refreshments, and Lunch.
Cancellation Policy: Request must be made in writing and submitted no later than November 6, 2022. A $100 processing fee will be applied to all refund requests. Refunds are NOT permitted on/after November 7, 2022.
Substitutions: Registrations may not be transferred or substituted at any time.
Student Registration Fees: Student registration rates are only available to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full time and have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students.
Presentation Policy: All scheduled presentations MUST be formally presented on-site. "Technical Publication" type presentations will be published after the conference, only if the on-site presentation is done by an Author or Co-Author of that paper. "Technical Presentations" are not scheduled to be published.
