In order to obtain a formal letter of invitation, please send an email to the conference co-Chairs on firstname.lastname@example.org, with the following information:
- Name and Surname
- Date of Birth
- Passport number
- Date and place of issue of passport
- Date of expiry of passport
Please ensure that your information is correct before sending your request in order to minimize the time it takes to receive your letter.
Please keep in mind this process can take anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks depending on how many we receive per day. Please be sure to submit your request early if you need this document for urgent VISA services.
