Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations may be made by sending an email to our conference unit at iowtc2019@um.edu.mt and 75% will be refunded up to 15th September 2019. 50% will be refunded up to 3 October 2019. After that date, no further refunds will be possible.

Substitutions: Registrations may not be transferred or substituted at any time.
