QNDE 2020 will be held virtually on August 25-26, 2020 from 9:30 AM EDT – 5:00 PM EDT.

Full Registration Includes: Access to all Technical Sessions and abstracts, Plenaries and Special Industry Panels. Online access to all technical presentations during the two-day conference. The conference will not be recorded, and therefore the content will not be available after August 25-26.

AUTHORS – $149.00

• One (1) author per abstract/poster submission must be fully registered in order to present your work.
• Authors will have the opportunity to submit a pre-recorded technical presentation that will be followed by a moderated LIVE Q&A session.
• Authors who submitted in the Poster Track will have the opportunity to upload a PDF version of their poster for viewing during the conference. A special LIVE question & answer session will be on Day 2 of the conference.

STUDENTS – $99.00

• Student registration rates are only available to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full time and have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students.
• One (1) author per abstract/poster submission must be fully registered in order to present your work.
• Authors will have the opportunity to submit a pre-recorded technical presentation that will be followed by a moderated LIVE Q&A session.
• Authors who submitted in the Poster Track will have the opportunity to upload a PDF version of their poster for viewing during the conference. A special LIVE question & answer session will be on Day 2 of the conference.

EXHIBITORS - $350.00

Please note that your exhibitor registration does not include a full registration to the conference. A representative must also register at the Professional Rate ($149) in order to participate. A separate email address will be required for the individual registration.

Cancellation Policy: There will be no refunds offered for virtual conference registrations.

Substitutions: Registrations may not be transferred or substituted at any time.
