Virtual Conference: July 28 – 30, 2021
The Vantage system is a real-time, software-based, programmable platform designed to accelerate research. A single Vantage system covers a very broad range of applications and needs for academic and industrial ultrasound research and development, with its capabilities expanded for use in NDE/NDT, materials science, earth science and more. Beyond its advantages in phased array ultrasound (including extremely fast FMC/TFM), the Vantage system is ideal for implementing versatile multi-channel techniques and applications such as guided wave tomography, acoustic trapping and acoustic emission monitoring. Researchers in 36 countries routinely use the unparalleled flexibility of the Vantage platform to advance the art and science of ultrasound through their own research efforts. In addition, every Vantage System can be upgraded to any configuration to protect your investment and encompass additional research options.
Verasonics is now introducing the SoniVue NDE Research software for high-speed, advanced, and custom array imaging. This user-friendly software package is designed to complement Verasonics' existing programming model, providing advanced full matrix capture, multi-mode imaging and convenient data acquisition without the need for programming by the user.
Acquisition and imaging features include FMC, HMC and Hadamard encoding. Single or dual array acquisitions are supported for contact or non-contact applications such as wedges, immersion testing and curved specimen geometries. Multi-mode TFM imaging supports direct, half- and full-skip imaging modes, including all mode conversion permutations. Sonivue NDE software also includes a number of convenient tools such as sensitivity mapping and RF data viewer.
By supporting the addition of custom, user-developed imaging modes, SoniVue NDE Research software provides a platform for rapid prototyping of new applications and the delivery of research and development outcomes, within or between organizations.
