We would like to welcome you to the AIM-ALE 2021 virtual conference. As a registrant at this important conference, you will benefit from:
- Participating in the online conference presentations and discussion
- Having access to the papers and presentations in pdf format prior to the conference
- Having access to the recorded presentations for 60 days after the conference
- Receiving a copy of final papers when they are formally published in an ASME AIM-ALE 2021 special book
Participants will receive the same benefits as at our physical conferences, though at a sharply discounted fee.
Registration for delegates that are not presenting will remain open until the end of the conference.
Note to the authors: At least one author per paper must register to attend the Virtual Conference, in accordance with ASME's "no show" policy. The registration deadline for authors/presenters is Friday, November 12, 2021 and the deadline for payment is Wednesday, November 24, 2021.
Authors should ensure that their Username and Password are the same as for their paper submission account.

Anyone attending the virtual conference including authors, presenters, chairs, and session organizers must register and pay the appropriate fee.
To receive ASME member rate: Confirm your existing ASME membership status now or join to receive the member rate for the conference registration (allow approximately 24-48 hours to process memberships).

Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be allowed.
Substitutions: Registrations may not be transferred or substituted at any time.
Presentation Policy: All scheduled presentations MUST be formally presented during their announced session schedule. "Technical Publication" type presentations will be published after the conference, only if an Author or Co-Author of that paper makes the presentation. "Technical Presentations" are not to be formally published but parts of their content may be included in the editorial comments in the ASME AIM-ALE 2021 special book.
