Author Registration Requirements

For each Technical Publication and Technical Presentation, a minimum of one author must be registered at the Full Conference Author rate. If a paper will have a non-student registration associated with it, that person should register first during Author Registration and then students will be able to register at the student rate during Advanced Registration. If the student is the only author attending the conference, then the student will register at the full author rate during Author Registration.

One author registration fee can cover up to a maximum of two (2) technical papers or presentation only presentations plus two (2) additional poster presentations. An author registering at the author rate with more than two (2) technical papers or presentation only presentations to present, must request a co-author to register.

Technical Conference Registration Includes: Full Registration Fee includes: Admission to all technical sessions, coffee breaks, opening reception, exhibition and meal functions. Cooperating Society: If you are a member of a cooperating society, you may register at the ASME member rate. Please fill in your society affiliation on the registration form. Student Fee includes: Admission to all technical sessions, coffee breaks, opening reception, exhibition and meal functions. *Life Registration Fee includes: Admission to all technical sessions, coffee breaks, opening reception, exhibition and meal functions.** Non-Members Fee includes: Attendees who pay the Non-Member registration rate will be offered a one-time complimentary trial ASME Membership following the conference, with four months of select member benefits. * You must register with the same email linked to your ASME account/Toolbox Login in order to obtain this special price. Failure to do so will result in a price difference that does not meet your Member Status Level.
