Registration and Paper Submission
- At least one author from each paper must register at the author rate.
- Papers MUST be presented only by an Author on that paper. No exceptions.
- Papers presented by a Non-Author (of that paper) will NOT be published in the conference proceedings.

- Rates are based on ASME membership… irrespective of author status.
- Attendees who pay the Non-Member registration rate will be offered a one-time complimentary trial ASME Membership following the conference, with four months of select member benefits.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR AUTHORS/PRESENTER: The early registration deadline for authors/presenters and presentation only is June 29, 2022. At least one author of accepted submissions must register and pay by June 29, 2022 in order to present on-site and have their paper published post-conference. This option and rate will not be available after the deadline.

Full Registration Includes: Access to all Technical Sessions, Plenaries, Daily Refreshments, Lunch, and an Opening Reception.
Cancellation Policy: Request must be made in writing and submitted no later than June 24, 2022. A $100 processing fee will be applied to all refund requests. Refunds are NOT permitted on/after June 24, 2022.
Substitutions: Registrations may not be transferred or substituted at any time.
Student Registration Fees: Student registration rates are only available to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full time and have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students.
Presentation Policy: All scheduled presentations MUST be formally presented on-site. "Technical Publication" type presentations will be published after the conference, only if the on-site presentation is done by an Author or Co-Author of that paper. "Technical Presentations" are not scheduled to be published.
