Ensure that your Username and Password is the same for BOTH your paper submission account as well as your membership account.
Anyone attending the conference including authors, presenters, chairs, and session organizers must register and pay the appropriate fee. Students who are Attendees do not need to email their IDs in advance but will be asked to show the ID onsite.
Full Registration Includes: Access to Technical Sessions, Keynotes, Breakfast, Coffee Breaks, Lunch, Exhibits and On-line access to all technical presentations.
Cancellation Policy: Request must be made in writing and submitted no later than April 25, 2022. A $100 processing fee will be applied to all refund requests. Refunds are NOT permitted on/after April 25, 2022.
Substitutions: Registrations may not be transferred or substituted at any time.
Student Registration Fees: Student registration rates are only available to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full time and have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students.
Presentation Policy: All scheduled presentations MUST be formally presented on-site in College Station TX. "Technical Publication" type presentations will be published after the conference, only if the on-site presentation is done by an Author or Co-Author of that paper. "Technical Presentations" are not scheduled to be published.
The V&V 40 Workshop will be held on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, from 1:00PM – 5:30PM at the Texas A&M University in the Zachry Engineering Education Complex Building. This is a separate registration fee from the symposium. Use the link to register.
