- Registration is required prior to uploading your final paper.
- Rates are based on ASME membership…irrespective of author status.
- Attendees who pay the Non-Member registration rate will be offered a 4-month trial ASME Membership (complimentary) following the conference.
AVOID DELAYS!
Confirm your existing ASME membership status now or join/renew to receive the member rate for the conference registration (allow approximately 1 week to process memberships).
Ensure that your Username and Password is the same for BOTH your paper submission account as well as your membership account.
Anyone attending the conference including authors, presenters, chairs, and session organizers must register and pay the appropriate fee.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR AUTHORS/PRESENTER: The advance registration deadline for authors/presenters and presentation only is March 20, 2023. At least one author of accepted papers must register and pay by March 20th in order to be able to submit the final paper. Please follow this link to view all the Program/Publication Requirements.
Full Registration Includes: Full Registration Includes: Access to Technical Sessions, Keynotes and Exhibits and all conference meals and breaks.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received on or before April 17, 2023, will receive a full refund, less a USD $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after April 17, 2023. NO EXCEPTIONS. No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
Substitutions: Registrations may not be transferred or substituted at any time.
Student Registration Fees: Student registration rates are only available to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full time and have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students. Proof of student status must be shown on site.
Presentation Policy: All scheduled presentations MUST be formally presented on-site in Baltimore, MD. "Technical Publication" type presentations will be published after the conference, only if the on-site presentation is done by an Author or Co-Author of that paper. "Technical Presentations" are not scheduled to be published.
