IMPORTANT NOTE FOR AUTHORS/PRESENTER: The registration deadline for authors/presenters and presentation only is December 13, 2023. At least one author of accepted submissions must register and pay by December 13, 2023 in order to present on-site and have their paper published post- conference. This option and rate will not be available after the deadline. Authors will have to register at the prevailing rate.

Substitutions: Registrations may not be transferred or substituted at any time.
Additional Registration Information
- Cancellations received on or before January 5, 2024 will receive a full refund, less a USD $100 administrative fee.
- No refunds will be granted after January 5, 2024. NO EXCEPTIONS. No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
- Student registration rates are only available to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full-time and have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students.
- Persons who register at the Student Member or Student Non-Member rate will be required to submit current valid student identification to ASME at badge pick-up. If the identification is not validated, the attendee will need to register in one of the non-student registration categories.
You will be able to request your Conference Letter of Invitation during the Registration process which will be sent as a PDF attachment via email. Once your fee is paid in full, your letter will be sent.
Badges will not be mailed. All badges must be picked-up onsite. Photo identification is required for badge pick-up at the on-site registration desk. Full Payment is required to attend AIM-CI. Badges will not be given to anyone with an outstanding payment.
*For all bundle products, ASME membership will be activated approximately 5 business days after registration.
