Conference: July 28 – August 1, 2019 Exhibition: July 29 – July 31, 2019
The NASA Advanced Supercomputing (NAS) organization advances high-end computing (HEC) technologies and real-world modeling and simulation methods to tackle some of the toughest science and engineering challenges facing NASA today. Your tour of the NAS facility, hosted by computational aerosciences expert and aerospace engineer Dr. Cetin Kiris, will include viewing of high-fidelity CFD visualizations on the supercomputer-scale hyperwall system, and examples of how scientists and engineers benefit from NAS support for agency missions. You will also get an up-close look at the Pleiades supercomputer—ranked among the most powerful systems in the world—and (as time allows) the D-Wave 2000Q quantum computer.
Date: August 1, 2019 — SOLD OUT Location: Moffett Field, California Fee: $125
Note: We will require some documentation from any Foreign Nationals, U.S. Permanent Residents or U.S. Citizens, at least 30 days prior to the visit. The conference manager, Kanupriya Parasher, will send you more details upon your registration.
