Mark is a Director at the Nuclear Energy Institute. He manages NEI’s Used Fuel Dry Storage Management and Transportation Task Force. He leads NEI’s efforts in advanced reactor codes and standards, quality assurance, and advanced manufacturing programs. He’s been with NEI for 14 years, after spending 24 years with Constellation Energy. He serves on the ASME Board on Nuclear, Clean Energy, Power and Facilities, and is currently the Chair of the ASME Regulatory Endorsement Task Group. He has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Applied Science in Metallurgy degrees from The University of Delaware, and a Doctorate degree in Materials Science and Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
