The Marriott Madrid Auditorium Hotel & Conference Center is the official conference hotel, and the venue where the all of OMAE 2018 sessions will be held.

The modern designed hotel, just a 10 minute drive from the airport, offers trendy guest rooms, which feature free wifi, a flat-screen TV, mini bar, tea/coffee making facilities, and air conditioning.

Book Your Hotel Accommodation Early - Space is Limited

The OMAE 2018 organizers have arranged a discounted conference rate of EUR 133.64 for single occupancy and EUR 144.55 for double occupancy in a standard room. Room Rates include WiFi and buffet breakfast and are subject to a 10% VAT.

Discounted rates are valid until May 18, 2018 (local time) and are subject to availability.

Make your hotel reservation by visiting the OMAE 2018 hotel booking website and completing the online reservation form. You will receive an email confirming your booking.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Cancellations made seven or more days before the check in date will be charged one night room and tax.
  • Cancellations made within six days of check in and no shows will be charged for the entire length of the stay
  • Discounted rates are available from June 14 – June 24, 2018 and are subject to availability.
  • Check-in time is 1pm, check out time is 12pm. In case of early arrival, it is recommended to book the room the night before to ensure the room is ready.
  • The hotel will accept name changes for rooms until the day of arrival.
