Registrants
All registrants will have full access to all video presentations and posters during the conference and on-demand until February 14, 2021. As with our physical conferences, registrants of the virtual conference will also receive full access to the conference proceedings. Virtual Conference registration fees have been discounted from the regular live conference fees.
Authors
All presenting authors of technical contributions (technical papers, technical presentations and technical posters) must register by September 4, 2020. There is a unique registration fee of $349 for all presenting authors, except for poster-only authors which have a reduced registration of $199. At least one presenting author per technical contributions must register and attend the Virtual Conference. This is similar to ASME's "no show" policy with our regular conferences. Technical contributions without an author attending the virtual conference will be excluded from the conference record and proceedings.
Membership
Attendees who pay the Non-Member registration rate will be offered a One-Year ASME Membership (complimentary) following the conference.

Please Note!
- Please note that for each Technical Publication and Technical Presentation there must be at least one author that registers at the $349 registration rate.
- If you register at the incorrect rate you will need to make the correction immediately once notified or risk having your paper/presentation removed from the conference.
- Wire transfers will only be accepted until September 4, 2020. After that date only credit card payments will be accepted.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be allowed. All registrants will have access to the presentations during the conference, On Demand until February 14, 2021, as well as access to the conference proceedings.
Substitutions: Registrations may not be transferred or substituted at any time.
Presentation Policy: All scheduled presentations MUST be formally presented via pre-recorded videos due September 25th.
