The ASME IOGPC 2023 Conference committee invites Students, Early Career Engineers (1-5 year experience) to submit abstracts for the Poster Competition.
Interested authors are invited to send abstracts on the following topic(s):
- Track 1: Operation and Maintenance, Health Safety and Environment & Integrity Management of Energy Fuels transmission pipelines & distribution systems.
- Track 2: Sustainable Storage & Transportation solutions for New Energy Pipelines
Abstracts submissions (max of 500 words) are due on 14 August, 2023 through the webtool.
Who can Participate?
This poster competition is open to all undergrad and post grad students of engineering in any discipline, early career engineers including who are young pipeline engineers, PhD. research scholars, Engineering Faculty involved in but not limited to Pipeline engineering, construction, Inspection, operation & maintenance domains.

Guidelines for poster presentation at IOGPC 2023 in-person during the conference will be sent

Award Ceremony
Note
Judging of posters by the Jury and Announcement of Winners will be done during the conference.
Conference Delegate Registration and in person participation of at least 01 member of the poster authors' team is a MUST for Poster to be displayed at the conference and for it to be included in the final Judging round of the competition which will be on Day 1
Judging
Will be done by the Jury that will be constituted by the IOGPC 2023 organising committee during the conference at the Venue.

- 1st Prize: INR 10,000/- worth Amazon Gift Voucher to the winner team
- 2nd Prize: INR 5,000 /- worth Amazon Gift Voucher to the winner team

All poster participants will receive a certificate of participation.
