Substitutions: Registrations may not be transferred or substituted at any time.

Student Registration Fees: Student registration rates are only available to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full time and have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students.

Presentation Policy: All scheduled presentations MUST be formally presented on-site. "Technical Publication" type presentations will be published after the conference, only if the on-site presentation is done by an Author or Co-Author of that paper. "Technical Presentations" are not scheduled to be published.

Invitation Letters: If you need an invitation letter for VISA application, please send an inquiry email to Ola Zawalna-Geer at a.zawalna-geer@exeter.ac.uk

Cancellations: All cancellations received in writing on or before Friday, November 17, 2023 will receive a full refund, less an administration fee of 175 GBP for the Conference and a fee of 60 GBP for social functions, tours and the accompanying persons program.

Refunds: No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after Friday, November 17, 2023.

All cancellations or substitutions must be submitted in writing by email to rojasd@asme.org.
