Poster Track Description
This track will involve the presentation of technical posters in various areas of advanced manufacturing research. Authors and presenters are invited to participate in this event to expand international cooperation, understanding, and promotion of efforts and disciplines in all areas of advanced manufacturing research. Dissemination of knowledge by presenting research results, new developments, and novel concepts is the focus of this track. We encourage all students with ongoing research to participate in the poster session. It will be a valuable experience of benefit to all developing researchers.
All Conference attendees will be encouraged to visit the displayed posters during the poster presentation session of the conference.
A short abstract of 100-650 words must be submitted by March 25, 2022.
IMPORTANT: ASME requires all authors to comply with the author login policy stated here. To avoid suspension of your submission, please ensure all authors listed on the submission log in within 7 days of submission using the email that is on the account.
Starting on March 2nd, the PDF of the poster (formatted according to the ASME MSEC poster template) can be submitted for review through the ASME web tool. Authors must submit this file by March 25, 2022 to be considered.
Authors will be notified of acceptance by March 30, 2022.
If accepted, Final Posters must be submitted to the account (even if no changes from the original poster) by April 01, 2022.
All presenting authors must pre-register at the Authors rate by April 8, 2022. If a confirmation of registration is not received, the poster will not be included in the program or online paper site.
For those who wish to be included in the online paper site, a permission to publish form must be submitted directly to Binil Starly at bstarly@ncsu.edu no later than April 12, 2022.
