Registration is open! Please see registration rates and terms are listed below. Anyone attending the virtual conference including authors, presenters, chairs, and session organizers must register and pay the appropriate fee.
Authors
In addition to our informative Virtual Conference program, we will offer the opportunity for each paper presentation to be uploaded to our virtual site, for viewing either during the virtual program or on-demand following the event. To ensure that we have the widest dissemination possible of the conference proceedings, at least one author per paper must register to attend the Virtual Conference at the author rate of $249. This is similar to ASME's "no show" policy with our regular conferences, so papers without an author attending the virtual conference will be pulled from the official proceedings. In addition, an author can register to present up to (2) papers.
As with our physical conferences, registrants of the virtual conference will receive full access to the conference proceedings.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR AUTHORS/PRESENTERS: The advance registration deadline for authors/presenters is April 26, 2021. At least one author of accepted papers must register and pay by April 26th in order to present and be published.
Ensure that your Username and Password is the same for BOTH your paper submission account as well as your membership account.
Membership
Attendees who pay the Non-Member registration rate will be offered a One-Year ASME Membership (complimentary) following the conference.

Group Registration: We are offering a discount for group registrations of 10, 20 and 100 attendees for companies that would like to take advantage of the conference being virtual this year. The pricing below gives companies 10% off registration rates.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be allowed. All registrants will have access to the pre-recorded presentations On Demand during the conference and up to October 22, 2020 as well as the conference proceedings.
Substitutions: Registrations may not be transferred or substituted at any time.
Presentation Policy: All scheduled presentations MUST be formally presented via pre-recorded videos due July 10th. "Technical Publication" type presentations will be published after the conference, only if an Author or Co-Author of that paper presents. "Technical Presentations" are not scheduled to be published.
