PypeServer provides fabrication workflow software that connects any CAD and BIM software to a wide variety of machinery and tools, including pipe profilers, automated welding systems, saws, linear positioners and manual tools. Our software controls these tools to maximize fabrication accuracy, minimize material waste, and eliminate manual programming with automatic O-let hole creation and end cut creation at pipe intersections.

In addition to tool control software, we offer CAD and BIM plug-ins and applications that make it easy to select parts and assemblies for fabrication and ensure they are sent to the machines with all necessary fabrication data. We also provide a secure cloud infrastructure that makes it easy get parts to the machines without file transfer or IT hassles, track fabrication status in real time, and supports both 2D and 3D visualizations for assemblers in the fab shop and the field.
