In addition to our informative Conference program, we will offer the opportunity for each paper presentation to be uploaded to our virtual site, for viewing on-demand. To ensure that we have the widest dissemination possible of the conference proceedings, at least one author must register at the full registration rate (the ASME Member/Author rate, not at the student rate) to attend and present at the Conference. This is similar to ASME's "no show" policy, so papers without an author attending the will be pulled from the official proceedings. Registrants of the conference will receive full access to the official conference proceedings. Conference registration fees are listed below. Attendees who pay the Non-Member registration rate will be offered a one-time complimentary trial ASME Membership following the conference, with four months of select member benefits.
AUTHORS PLEASE NOTE: One author registration fee can cover up to a maximum of two (2) technical papers plus two (2) additional poster presentations, or presentation only presentations. An author registering at the author rate with more than two (2) technical papers to present, must request a co-author to register.

Anyone attending the virtual conference including authors, presenters, chairs, and session organizers must register and pay the appropriate fee.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR AUTHORS/PRESENTERS: At least one author of accepted papers must register and pay a full registration (not at the student rate) to present and be published.

Registration Includes: Meals, all technical presentations, OnDemand access to the video presentations for 30 days after the conference, Exhibits, digital access to all online papers as well as the official conference proceedings.
Cancellation Policy: Requests for cancellations must be made 30 days in advance of the program to receive a refund, a $100 administrative fee will be charged. Requests made less than 30 days in advance of the program; fees are not refundable.
Substitutions: Registrations may not be transferred or substituted at any time.
Presentation Policy: All scheduled presentations MUST be formally presented in-person and provide a 10-15-minute pre-recorded video. "Technical Publication" type presentations will be published after the conference, but only if an Author or Co-Author of that paper presents. "Technical Presentations" are not scheduled to be published.
