ASME has purchased internet in the meeting space for all attendees at no charge to you. Login information and passwords will be available in the program book and at registration when you pick up your badge.
Cancellation Policy: A credit card will be needed to confirm your reservation. The individual reservation lodging deposit is fully refundable up to three days (3) 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to your arrival date will be charged one (1) night's lodging, tax, and any applicable fees. After check-in, reservations are non-refundable. No-shows, delayed arrivals without notice, and early departures are considered cancellations.
Parking: Self-parking: $24 daily/overnight guests (normally $34); Valet is $39 per night.
