Registration is required prior to uploading your final paper.
Rates are based on ASME membership irrespective of author status.
Attendees who pay the Non-Member registration rate will be offered a one-year complimentary ASME membership following the conference.
Avoid Delays!
Confirm your existing ASME membership status now, or join/renew to receive the member rate for the conference registration. Allow approximately 1 week to process memberships.
Ensure that your Username and Password is the same for BOTH your paper submission account as well as your membership account.
Anyone attending the conference including authors, presenters, chairs, and session organizers must register and pay the appropriate fee. Students who are Presenters MUST provide a copy of a valid student ID along with the registration number within 24 hours after registering. Students who are Attendees do not need to email their IDs in advance, but will be asked to show the ID onsite.
Important Note For Authors/Presenter: The advance registration deadline for authors/presenters is June 18, 2019. At least one author of accepted papers must register and pay by June 18th in order to be able to submit the final paper.

Full Registration Includes: Access to Technical Sessions, Plenary/Keynotes, Exhibits, Poster Session, Daily Continental Breakfast, Coffee Breaks, Lunch, Welcome Reception, Pioneer Banquet, and Online/DVD access to all technical presentations.
Cancellation Policy: Request must be made in writing and submitted no later than August 5, 2019. A $100 processing fee will be applied to all refund requests. Refunds are NOT permitted on/after August 6, 2019.
Substitutions: Registrations may not be transferred or substituted at any time.
Student Registration Fees: Student registration rates are only available to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full time and have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students.
Presentation Policy: All scheduled presentations MUST be formally presented on-site in Pittsburgh. "Technical Publication" type presentations will be published after the conference, only if the on-site presentation is done by an Author or Co-Author of that paper. "Technical Presentations" are not scheduled to be published.
