Author Registration Requirements

• For each Technical Publication and Technical Presentation, a minimum of one author must be registered at the Full Conference Author rate. If a paper will have a non-student registration associated with it, that person should register first during Author Registration and then students will be able to register at the student rate during Advanced Registration. If the student is the only author attending the conference, then the student will register at the full author rate during Author Registration.


• One author registration fee can cover up to a maximum of two (2) technical papers or presentation only presentations plus two (2) additional poster presentations. An author registering at the author rate with more than two (2) technical papers or presentation only presentations to present, must request a co-author to register.

Ensure that your Username and Password is the same for BOTH your paper submission account as well as your membership account.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR AUTHORS/PRESENTER: The advance registration deadline for authors/presenters and presentation only is May 16, 2022 at the full author rate (including student presenters). At least one author of accepted papers must register and pay by May 16, 2022 in order to be able to submit the final paper. This option and rate will not be available after the deadline.

• Qualified students with only one submission type to the conference as a poster, may register at the student rates during Advanced registration stating May 23rd.
• Student Authors who already have a co-author registered at the full rate by the May 16th deadline and their final paper uploaded, can register themselves after May 23rd at the student rate.

General registration will begin May 23rd. Before then, if you are not an author, you will received an error until all other categories are open.

Full Registration Includes: Access to all Technical Sessions, Plenaries, Daily Refreshments, Breakfasts, One Award Lunch and an Opening Reception

Cancellation Policy: Request must be made in writing and submitted no later than July 14, 2022. A $100 processing fee will be applied to all refund requests. Refunds are NOT permitted on/after July 14, 2022.

Substitutions: Registrations may not be transferred or substituted at any time.

Student Registration Fees: Student registration rates are only available to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full time and have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students.

Presentation Policy: All scheduled presentations MUST be formally presented on-site. "Technical Publication" type presentations will be published after the conference, only if the on-site presentation is done by an Author or Co-Author of that paper. "Technical Presentations" are not scheduled to be published.
