Michelle Dunlap is the Engineering Program Leader for the Cummins Engine Business Engineering organization. She currently leads two critical cross BU, cross functional programs which impact both Cummins and our customers. These two programs are the Trouble Not Found Elimination program and the Extended Emissions Warranty Engineering Improvement program. Michelle joined the Cummins Engine Business Engineering team in mid-2019. Additionally, in line with her Diversity, Equity and Inclusion values, Michelle was a founding member of LIFT (Leading Inclusion for Technical) and continues to co-lead one of the global LIFT committees and is part of the Cummins SWE executive council.
Michelle has a bachelor's degree in statistics from Indiana University, a master's degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University and an executive master's degree in management from the Krannert School of Business at Purdue University. She also completed the Women's Senior Leadership Program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
