AUTHOR REGISTRATION DEADINE - July 8
- For each Technical Publication and Technical Presentation, a minimum of one author must be registered at the Full Conference Author rate.
- ASME in-person activities will follow the state (province) and local laws, regulations and guidelines regarding COVID-19 applicable to the location of the event. These mandates are subject to change and should be continuously monitored.
- Attendees who pay the Non-Member registration rate will be offered a one-time complimentary trial ASME Membership following the conference, with four months of select member benefits.
Author Registration Requirements
- For each Technical Publication and Technical Presentation, a minimum of one author must be registered at the Full Conference Author rate. If a paper will have a non-student registration associated with it, that person should register first during Author Registration and then students will be able to register at the student rate during Advanced Registration. If the student is the only author attending the conference, then the student will register at the full author rate during Author Registration.
- One author registration fee can cover up to a maximum of two (2) technical papers or presentation only presentations plus two (2) additional poster presentations. An author registering at the author rate with more than two (2) technical papers or presentation only presentations to present, must request a co-author to register.

One day Conference Registration Fee (available onsite only) includes:
The technical tracks for a specified day only; ticketed events for the specified day; admission to all three days of the Exposition. Tuesday only registrations will also include the Tuesday Plenary Session. Wednesday only registrations will also include the Executive Panel and Networking Event.

Student Registration Fee includes:

Refunds/Cancellation Fee: Requests for conference registration fee refunds must be received at least 30 days prior to the event and are subject to a $100 non-refundable administrative fee, this fee applies to refunds not substitutions. All registration fees are non-refundable if less than 30 days before the event.
Substitutions: Registrations may not be transferred or substituted at any time.
