Student Presenter Offer

The EPP (Electronic and Photonic Packaging) Division is supporting a one-time partial reimbursement this year for InterPACK 2022 student authors who were required to register at the full author rate. The reimbursement will be for the difference in rate from the author to student rate.

Student authors interested in this offering will need to email events@asme.org by 9/26/22 with their paper number and registration confirmation number, requesting this reimbursement.

While checking in at the conference, the student will need to ask to verify their reimbursement request and show a valid and current proof of student status (post-doctoral researchers are not eligible). If a student does not email the request by 9/26/22 or fails to provide proof of student status on site, the registrant will not be eligible.

Reimbursements will be processed after the conference.
