IMPORTANT NOTE FOR AUTHORS/PRESENTER: The advance registration deadline for authors/presenters and presentation only is July 17, 2023. At least one author must register and pay by July 17 to be able to submit the final paper. Please go to the Policies Page on the conference website to view all the Program/Publication Requirements.
Registrants of the conference will receive full access to the official conference proceedings. Conference registration fees are listed below. New attendees who pay the Non-Member registration rate will be offered complimentary 4 Month Trial ASME Membership following the conference.
AUTHORS PLEASE NOTE: For each Technical Publication and Technical Presentation, a minimum of one author must be registered at the Full Conference Author rate.
One author registration fee can cover up to a maximum of two (2) technical papers or presentation only submissions plus two (2) additional poster presentations. An author registering at the author rate with more than two (2) technical papers or presentation only submissions to present at the podium, must request a co-author to register.
AVOID DELAYS! Confirm your existing ASME membership status now or join/renew to receive the member rate for the conference registration (allow approximately 1 week to process memberships).
Ensure that your Username and Password is the same for BOTH your paper submission account as well as your membership account.
Anyone attending the conference including authors, presenters, chairs, and session organizers must register and pay the appropriate fee. Students registered and attending the conference will need to present their valid student IDs onsite.

Cancellation Policy: Request must be made in writing and submitted no later than October 23, 2023. A $100 processing fee will be applied to all refund requests. Refunds are NOT permitted after October 23, 2023.

Student Registration Fees: Student registration rates are only available to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full time and have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students. An official school I.D. will be requested on-site at the conference.
Presentation Policy: All scheduled presentations MUST be formally presented in-person. "Technical Publication" type presentations will be published after the conference, but only if an Author or Co-Author of that paper presents. "Technical Presentations" are not scheduled to be published.
Registration Includes: Meals, all technical presentations, exhibits, digital access to all online papers as well as the official conference proceedings.
Substitutions: Registrations are not transferrable. No substitutions.
