Conference Banquet

Merchant Square (Candleriggs Street, Glasgow)

Merchant Square is a hub of nine bars and restaurants surrounding a spacious indoor courtyard located in downtown Glasgow. Now one of Glasgow’s most popular destinations for socialising and dining out, the square dates back to the 1880’s when it was part of the Glasgow Fruit Market. Entering Merchant Square to the sounds of a bagpiper playing at the entrance, you will have the option of sampling menus from each of the restaurants and drinks from any of the conveniently located bars. After dinner we’ll put on an old fashioned Ceilidh with great music and dancing to the wee hours!

Note: the accompanying persons registration does not include access to scientific sessions.
