Student Co-Author Discount

New for OMAE 2019! — Student Co-Author Discount

OMAE 2019 offers a 50% discount for one Student Co-Author per paper. Apply for the discount, and provide the paper number you are applying for. Please note that only one student co-author per paper is eligible to receive the discount. Please coordinate with other authors of your paper who will apply for the discount in your group.

Please review the student registration guidelines before applying:

1. Only one student author per paper can apply and be eligible for this discount. If other authors on your paper are students, please coordinate amongst yourselves on who will apply for the discount.
2. A minimum of one author must be registered at the full Conference rate unless all authors are students; then the student rate applies. In the case where at least one author is not a student, and only the student is attending and presenting, the student must register at the full Conference rate. The discount would not apply.
3. If all authors are students, one author must register at the regular student rate. A second student author of this paper can register at the 50% discounted rate. Any further authors of this paper would register at the regular student rate.
4. If one or more authors are not students, at least one author must register at the member rate. A second student author of this paper can register at the 50% discounted rate. Any further authors of this paper would register at the regular member or student rate.

If successful, you will receive a discount code which can be used during the registration process to give you 50% off your student registration fee. Student registration rates are only available to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full time and have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students.
