Kindly note:
- Authors must be registered by April 17, 2023, in order to submit their final paper. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- All attendees are encouraged to register early to take advantage of discounted registration rates.
- For each Technical Publication and Technical Presentation, a minimum of one author must be registered at the Full Conference Author rate.
- ASME in-person activities will follow the state and local laws, regulations and guidelines regarding COVID-19 applicable to the location of the event. These mandates are subject to change and should be continuously monitored.

Note (1): During the Early Bird, General and On-Site Registration periods, the registration fee for Authors/Presenters is in accordance with the above rates that depend on their membership status.
Note (2): For each Technical Publication and Technical Presentation, a minimum of one author must be registered at the Full Conference Author rate. Student Author/ Presenters may register at the applicable Student Member rate, provided the minimum one full registration requirement is met. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Technical Conference Registration Includes:
- Full Registration Fee includes: Admission to all technical sessions, coffee breaks, opening reception, one (1) ticket for the Awards Gala**.
- One Day Registration Fee includes: Admission to all technical sessions, and coffee breaks for the one day.
- Cooperating Society*: If you are a member of a cooperating society, you may register at the ASME member rate. If you are a member of a cooperating society please contact micelik@asme.org
- Student Fee includes*: Admission to all technical sessions, coffee breaks, opening and reception. Students not in the Student Paper Competition will be required to buy a ticket to attend the Awards Gala**.
- Life Registration Fee includes*: Admission to all technical sessions, coffee breaks, opening reception, and one ticket for the Awards Gala**.
- Accompanying guests may attend the opening reception, and daily guest breakfast. Guests wishing to attend Awards Gala will be required to buy a ticket**.
Admittance: Full Payment is required to attend the PVP Conference. Badges will not be given to anyone with an outstanding payment. Payments by wire transfer must be received 14 days prior to the PVP Conference to be guaranteed admittance.
Refunds/Cancellation Fee: Requests for conference registration fee refunds must be received at least 30 days prior to the event and are subject to a $100 non-refundable administrative fee, this fee applies to refunds not substitutions. All registration fees are non-refundable if less than 30 days before the event.
Substitutions: Registrations may not be transferred or substituted at any time.
Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled, conference attendees will be returned the registration fee only. Any fees associated with cancellation of travel or housing reservations is the exclusive responsibility of Conference attendees.
**Awards Gala Attendance: The attendee must be sure to select the Awards Gala option during the registration process. All Guests will require a ticket as well. Attendee will be able to purchase a ticket for a guest during the registration process. Failure to make this selection will result in the Attendee/Guest not having a seat at the dinner as there are a limited amount of seats.
