Author Registration Requirements

• For each Technical Publication and Technical Presentation, a minimum of one author must be registered at the Full Conference Author rate. If a paper will have a non-student registration associated with it, that person should register first during Author Registration and then students will be able to register at the student rate during Advanced Registration. If the student is the only author attending the conference, then the student will register at the full author rate during Author Registration.
• For poster presentations, where all authors are students, the presenting author can register at the appropriate student rate by the Advanced Registration deadline.
• One author registration fee can cover up to a maximum of two (2) technical papers or presentation only presentations plus two (2) additional poster presentations. An author registering at the author rate with more than two (2) technical papers or presentation only presentations to present, must request a co-author to register. Anyone attending the conference including authors, presenters, chairs, and session organizers must register and pay the appropriate fee.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR AUTHORS/PRESENTER: The registration deadline for authors/presenters and presentation only is June 5, 2023. At least one author of accepted submissions must register and pay by June 5, 2023 in order to present on-site and have their paper published post- conference. This option and rate will not be available after the deadline.

Full Registration Includes: Access to all Technical Sessions, Keynotes, Daily Refreshments, 3 Lunches, Opening Reception, Exhibits and On-line access to all technical presentations. One day registration rates are only available for purchase onsite.

Cancellation Policy: Request must be made in writing and submitted no later than June 30, 2023. A $100 processing fee will be applied to all refund requests. Refunds are NOT permitted on/after June 30, 2023.

Substitutions: Registrations may not be transferred or substituted at any time.

Student Registration Fees: Student registration rates are only available to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full time and have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students. Proof of student status is required to confirm the student rate. Proof consists of a copy of the student's identification card or a letter from the institution's registrar verifying student status.

Presentation Policy: All scheduled presentations MUST be formally presented on-site. "Technical Publication" type presentations will be published after the conference, only if the on-site presentation is done by an Author or Co-Author of that paper. "Technical Presentations" are not scheduled to be published.

Visas and Letters of Invitation: You will be able to request your Visa Letter of Invitation during the Registration process.
