Registration is required prior to uploading your final paper.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR AUTHORS/PRESENTERS: The advance registration deadline for authors/presenters is March 9, 2026. At least one author must register and pay by March 9, 2026, in order to submit the final paper.

For poster presentations, where all authors are students, the presenting author can register at the appropriate student rate by the Advanced Registration deadline.

Registrants of the conference will receive access to the papers on the Online Papers Site, which includes a bulk download of all the PDFs. Please note: This does not constitute official Conference Proceedings. The site is active for approximately one year after the conference ends.

Conference registration fees are listed below. New attendees who pay the Non-Member registration rate will be offered complimentary 4 Month Trial ASME Membership following the conference.

For each Technical Publication and Technical Presentation, a minimum of one author must be registered at the Full Conference Author rate.

One author registration fee can cover up to a maximum of two (2) technical papers or presentation only submissions plus two (2) additional poster presentations. An author registering at the author rate with more than two (2) technical papers or presentation only submissions to present at the podium, must request a co-author to register.

AVOID DELAYS! Confirm your existing ASME membership status now or join/renew to receive the member rate for the conference registration (allow approximately 1 week to process memberships).

Ensure that your Username and Password are the same for BOTH your paper submission account as well as your membership account.

Anyone attending the conference including authors, presenters, chairs, and session organizers must register and pay the appropriate fee. Students who are Presenters MUST provide a copy of a valid student ID along with the registration number within 24 hours after registering. Students who are Attendees do not need to email their IDs in advance but will be asked to show the ID onsite.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR AUTHORS/PRESENTERS: For each Technical Publication and Technical Presentation, a minimum of one author must be registered at the Full Conference Author rate (not at the student rate) to present and be published. Full Registration Includes: Access to all Technical Sessions, Keynotes, Daily Refreshments, Breakfasts, Lunch and Reception. Sleeping room accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Cancellation Policy: Request must be made in writing and submitted no later than April 20, 2026. A $100 processing fee will be applied to all refund requests. Refunds are NOT permitted on/after April 20, 2026.

Visas and Letters of Invitation: You will be able to request your Visa Letter of Invitation during the Registration process.

Substitutions: Registrations may not be transferred or substituted at any time.

Student Registration Fees: Student registration rates are only available to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full-time and have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students. IDs must be presented on site.

Presentation Policy: All scheduled presentations MUST be formally presented on-site. "Technical Publication" type presentations will be published after the conference, only if the on-site presentation is done by an Author or Co-Author of that paper. "Technical Presentations" are not scheduled to be published.

Badge Pick-Up: All badges must be picked up onsite. Photo identification is required for badge pick-up at the on-site registration desk. Full Payment is required to attend. Badges will not be given to anyone with an outstanding balance.
