Biography: In his current capacity as Director of Solutions Consulting at Siemens Digital Industries Software, Mr. Hahn manages a team of technical solution consultants enabling digital transformation within the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Consumer Products, and Energy industries. He previously worked for a major pipeline operator, focusing on asset integrity engineering and operations, and maintenance support. Prior to his energy sector experience, Mr. Hahn worked for nearly a decade in operations planning and systems engineering support roles with the International Space Station at NASA's Johnson Space Center.

Biography: Mercy Renteria is a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience in the energy sector, specializing in project management, strategic business development, and technical sales. She has successfully closed over $400 million in business across renewables, oil & gas, hydrogen, and CCUS. As the leader of the National CCS and Hydrogen segments at Endress+Hauser, she plays a key role in advancing decarbonization and energy transition strategies.

She has built strong relationships with global energy leaders, held prominent positions driving oil & gas technology advancements, and co-authored patents for innovative energy technologies. With expertise spanning reservoir analysis, offshore engineering, chemicals, digitalization, and clean energy, Mercy provides a unique perspective on the global energy transition.

A recognized international speaker and panelist, she advocates for decarbonization technologies while also dedicating herself to philanthropy, having raised $250K+ for anti-human trafficking, education, and disaster relief through Flamenco with a Purpose.

Beyond her work in energy, Mercy is also a professional international flamenco dancer, blending her passion for culture and advocacy through Undebel Flamenco, where she uses art as a platform for social impact and fundraising efforts.

Mercy holds a BBA from the University of Texas Pan American, with further studies in Marketing from Harvard University, advanced business studies from Harvard Business School, and a Petroleum Engineering Certification from Tulsa University.
