Exhibitors are responsible for arranging their own shipping in and out of the hotel.

Boxes and Packages
Current package handling/delivery fees are $5.00 per box and $50.00 per pallet. Boxes/packages may be sent for arrival a maximum of 72 hours prior to Group arrival (Thursday, October 23) and must be marked as follows.
- Return address
- Name of Group associated with (ASME)
- Meeting room and date (TX V-VII Ballroom / Sunday, October 26th)
- Group contact (Christine Morrison)
- Name of person that will claim package (Provide your Onsite Exhibit Staff First and Last Name)
- Date of that person's arrival (Month, Date, Year)
- Number of boxes (Example: Box 1 of 2 and Box 2 of 2)
If you will be shipping boxes out of the hotel post conference, please schedule a pick-up with your preferred carrier. If you will not be present for your pickup, reference Attn: Tabitha Edgington, Event Planning Manager, when scheduling. You may leave your boxes with the hotel front desk staff.
Loading Dock
If transporting large items by truck, the hotel loading dock will be available:
- Sunday, October 26th: 2pm – 6pm
- Tuesday, October 27th: 5pm – 8pm
If you need to use the loading dock, please email Christine Morrison with your estimated delivery or pickup time. As the event approaches, you will be provided with the hotel's Banquet Captain contact information, which your exhibit staff can share with their driver prior to arrival.
