IMPORTANT NOTE FOR AUTHORS/PRESENTERS: The early registration deadline for authors/presenters and presentation only is May 27, 2024. At least one author of accepted submissions must register and pay by May 27, 2024 in order to be able to submit the final paper. This option and rate will not be available after the deadline.

• Qualified students with only one submission type to the conference as a poster, may register at the student rates during Advanced registration stating June 3rd.
• Student Authors who already have a co-author registered at the full rate by the May 27th deadline and their final paper uploaded, can register themselves after May 27th at the student rate.

General registration will begin June 3rd. Before then, if you are not an author, you may receive an error until all other categories are open.

Full Registration Includes: Access to all Technical Sessions, Keynotes, Daily Refreshments, Breakfasts, One Award Lunch and an Opening Reception. Hotel Room Bookings: Please visit the Venue page to see conference room block options.

Cancellation Policy: Request must be made in writing and submitted no later than July 28, 2024. A $100 processing fee will be applied to all refund requests. Refunds are NOT permitted on/after July 28, 2024.

Visas and Letters of Invitation: You will be able to request your Visa Letter of Invitation during the Registration process.

Substitutions: Registrations may not be transferred or substituted at any time.

Student Registration Fees: Student registration rates are only available to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full time and have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students. IDs must be presented on site.

Presentation Policy: All scheduled presentations MUST be formally presented on-site. "Technical Publication" type presentations will be published after the conference, only if the on-site presentation is done by an Author or Co-Author of that paper. "Technical Presentations" are not scheduled to be published.

Badge Pick-Up: All badges must be picked-up onsite. Photo identification is required for badge pick-up at the on-site registration desk. Full Payment is required to attend. Badges will not be given to anyone with an outstanding payment.
