Dr. Mohsen Ghamari

Dr. Ghamari is an Assistant Professor in the department of Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Management at Wilkes University. He received his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa, and his BSc and MSc in Aerospace engineering and Propulsion Systems from Amirkabir University of Technology in Iran. Prior to joining UIOWA for his PhD studies, he also worked for more than 3 years in both Construction and Consulting sectors of oil industry. Dr. Ghamari teaches courses in Thermal-Fluid area and his research interest is in Heat Transfer and Combustion. His current research is focused on thermophysical characterization of nanofuels, and the study of nanofuel droplet as well as spray and atomization.
