Register by Monday August 3rd, 2026, to receive the Early rate.

For authors, you must register with the same email linked to your ASME account/Toolbox Login in order to obtain registration rates applicable to you. Failure to do so will result in a price difference that does not meet your registration level.

AUTHOR / PRESENTER REQUIREMENT
You are entitled to present up to two papers on which you are listed as an author. Only an author of a paper is permitted to present that paper. Please be advised that ASME will:

  • Check to ensure all papers have an author registered to present.

  • Check to ensure that an author is not presenting more than two papers.

  • Review all papers to ensure that a registered author has been identified as presenting that paper. Notification will be sent to the presenting author of a paper if one of the paper authors is not registered and identified as presenting that paper.

AUTHOR / PRESENTER ATTENDANCE POLICY
According to the ASME Presenter Attendance Policy, if a paper is not presented at the conference by an author / co-author of the paper, it will not be published in the official archival proceedings, which are registered with the Library of Congress and abstracted and indexed.

For each Technical Publication or Technical Presentation, a minimum of one author must be registered at the appropriate Member or Non-Member rate according to their membership status (member, non-member, student member, student non-member, life member etc.).

REGISTRATION FEE CATEGORIES

Member Rate is applicable to a current member of ASME.

Non-Member Rate includes a four-month Free Trial Membership following the Conference. ASME will contact you after the Conference to provide further details.

Student Rate: Student registration rates are only available to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full time and have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs cannot register as students.

For each technical publication and technical presentation, a minimum of one author must be registered at the at the appropriate Member or Non-Member rate according to their membership status (member, non-member, student member, student non-member, life member etc.).

Proof of student status is required to confirm the student rate. Proof consists of a copy of the student's identification card or a letter from the institution's registrar verifying student status. Student identification will need to be provided during onsite registration when picking up badge. If identification is not provided, the registration will be changed to Non-Member rate.

One-Day Rate is only available for purchase on-site during the Conference and is applicable to members and non-members attending the Conference for one day. An author cannot register at the one-day rate and present a paper.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations received on or before September 24, 2026 will receive a full refund, less a USD $100 administrative fee. Requests must be made in writing, via email.
  • No refunds will be granted after September 25, 2026. NO EXCEPTIONS. No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.

Visas and Letters of Invitation: You will be able to request your Visa Letter of Invitation during the Registration process. You will be sent a PDF attachment via email once your fee is paid in full.

Badge Pick-up Information: Badges will not be mailed. All badges must be picked-up onsite. Photo identification is required for badge pick-up at the on-site registration desk. You may not pick up badges for someone other than yourself. Badges will not be given to anyone with an outstanding payment.

Student Registration Fees: Student registration rates are only available to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full time and have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students. An official school I.D. will be requested on-site at the conference.

Presentation Policy: All scheduled presentations MUST be formally presented in-person. "Technical Publication" type presentations will be published after the conference, but only if an Author or Co-Author of that paper presents. "Technical Presentations" are not scheduled to be published.

Registration Includes: Meals, all technical presentations, exhibits, digital access to all online papers as well as the official conference proceedings.

Substitutions: Registrations are not transferrable. No substitutions.
