The exhibit package included with OMAE 2027 consists of:
- 3m (W) × 3m (D) × 2.5m (H) shell scheme booth
- Walls, fascia, and plinths
- One company name in black vinyl lettering on the front of the booth
- One round table (80 cm diameter)
- Two Catifa chairs
- One small paper basket
- 9 square meters of carpet tiles
- 1 kW power supply

OUTREACH PROGRAM
The Outreach Program is designed to appeal to students studying in the fields of ocean, offshore and arctic engineering and to familiarize those who aren’t yet involved in the industry. The majority are graduate students who have worked on a paper presented during the conference. The program's primary goal is to encourage all to choose a career path in the industry.
The outreach activities usually include a team-building activity, welcome reception, speaker program and a wrap-up breakfast. Students are encouraged to attend the entire conference in addition to the special outreach programs. Students must apply to be accepted into the program with the organizing committee reviewing their applications. There are grants offered for some students to also attend the OMAE conference. Sponsorship allows for more students to attend the conference and to improve the outreach program.
Cost: $6,000 USD
