Registration

The ASME 2020 Turbo Expo virtual event, presented by IGTI, took place September 21 – 25, 2020.

Registration is still open! You may register until November 24, 2020 and get access to the following:

  • Online access to the TE20 Final Papers
  • Keynote session
  • Plenary sessions
  • Technical presentations
  • Student poster competition
  • Virtual exhibition
  • Networking

AVOID DELAYS!

  • Confirm your existing ASME membership status now or join/renew your membership to register at the reduced member rate.
    • Contact customercare@asme.org to confirm or renew your ASME membership.
    • Allow approximately one week to process/renew memberships.
  • Ensure that your Username and Password is the same for BOTH your paper submission account as well as your membership account.

If you are not a current ASME member and meet one of the criteria listed above, contact igtiprogram@asme.org to obtain the member rate discount code.

**Student Registration Rates
Student registration rates are only available to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full time and have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students. Students who have graduated after the original date of the London conference (June 26) and before the beginning of the virtual event (September 21) qualify for the student registration rate. Persons who register at the Student Member or Student Non-Member rate will be required to submit current valid student identification to ASME. If the identification is not validated, the attendee will need to register at one of the non-student registration categories.

Free ASME Membership
The following paid registrants will receive the offer of a free one-year ASME membership:

  • ASME Non-Member
  • Student Non-Member

ASME will contact eligible registrants and invite them to join ASME within 90 days after the conference. For more information, visit ASME Membership website.

In addition, the registration to the virtual event includes as well access to the following content that will be provided outside the virtual event as individual webinars:

  • Tutorial of Basics Sessions
  • Panel Sessions

Cancellation Policy: There will be no refunds offered for virtual conference registrations.

Substitutions: Registrations may not be transferred or substituted at any time.

Photographs/Video/Audio Recordings: Participants are reminded that material presented at ASME conferences is under copyright of ASME. As a result, participants are prohibited from recording, screen-capturing or photographing presentations in their entirety with the intent to distribute to others.
