Registration Deadlines

The registration fee category is determined by when the payment is received. Regular registration fees will be charged onsite for any unpaid pre-registrations. The deadline for pre-Conference registration is February 11, 2020. Registrations will also be accepted onsite. The registration deadlines are as follows:

  • Early Bird Fee — February 11, 2020
  • Presenter Registration Deadline — February 11, 2020

Cancellation, Refund and Substitution Policy

All cancellations received in writing on or before Monday, February 10, 2020 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after Monday, February 10, 2020.

Substitutions are not permitted.
