The Fluids Engineering Division Summer Meeting FEDSM 2021 will be held virtually on August 10-12, 2021.

Welcome to the 2021 Fluids Engineering Division’s (FED) Summer Meeting where FED continues to strive to meet the challenges of disseminating timely technical information by organizing technical conferences and conducting workshops and panel discussions. Every year FED organizes the Fluids Engineering Division Summer Meeting (FEDSM). REGISTRATION IS OPEN.

  • FEDSM 2021 will also include: Best Video Presentation Competition & Who's Who Video Competition. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top (3) winners in each track. 1st place = $500, 2nd place = $250, 3rd place = $100

Attention Authors: The Fluids Engineering Division in cooperation with the ASME Journal of Fluids Engineering (JFE) is pleased to announce that a selection of journal quality papers will be included in a special issue of JFE. Authors will specifically be asked to submit their conference papers to the journal with further instructions. The special issue will appear approximately 6-8 months after the conference, and will also include the winners of the Flow Visualization Competition.

Please note that conference papers should not be submitted to the journal until the conclusion of the virtual conference.
