Registration is required prior to uploading your final paper.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR AUTHORS/PRESENTERS: The advance registration deadline for authors/presenters is April 28, 2025. At least one author must register and pay by April 28th to be able to submit the final paper.

Registrants of the conference will receive access to the papers on the Online Papers Site, which includes a bulk download of all the PDFs. Please note: This does not constitute official Conference Proceedings. The site is active for approximately one year after the conference ends.

Conference registration fees are listed below. Trial Membership: Attendees who pay the Non-Member registration rate will be offered a complimentary 4-month ASME trial membership following the conference. ASME will contact eligible registrants and invite them to join ASME within 90 days after the conference. For more information, visit the ASME Membership website.

For each Technical Publication and Technical Presentation, a minimum of one author must be registered.
One author registration fee can cover up to a maximum of two (2) technical papers or presentation only submissions plus two (2) additional poster presentations.
An author registering with more than two (2) technical papers or presentation only submissions to present at the podium, must request a co-author to register.
AVOID DELAYS! Confirm your existing ASME membership status now or join/renew to receive the member rate for the conference registration (allow approximately 1 week to process memberships).
Ensure that your Username and Password is the same for BOTH your paper submission account as well as your membership account.
Anyone attending the conference including authors, presenters, chairs, and session organizers must register and pay the appropriate fee. Students who are Presenters MUST provide a copy of a valid student ID along with the registration number within 24 hours after registering. Students who are Attendees do not need to email their IDs in advance but will be asked to show the ID onsite.

Visas and Letters of Invitation: You will be able to request your Visa Letter of Invitation during the Registration process.
Student Registration Fees: Student registration rates are only available to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full-time and have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students. An official school I.D. will be requested on-site at the conference.
Presentation Policy: All scheduled presentations MUST be formally presented in-person. "Technical Publication" type presentations will be published after the conference, but only if an Author or Co-Author of that paper presents. "Technical Presentations" are not published.
Cancellation Policy: Request must be made in writing and submitted no later than June 27, 2025. A $100 processing fee will be applied to all refund requests. Refunds are NOT permitted on/after June 27, 2025.
Registration Includes: Meals, all technical presentations, tabletop exhibits, poster presentations, digital access to all online papers as well as the official conference proceedings.
Substitutions: Registrations are not transferable. No substitutions.
