ASME FFSJC/PCC Code Week

ASME Post Construction Code Week is an event for all ASME Committees related to post construction.
The API/ASME Fitness-for-Service Joint committee (FFSJC/PCC) develops and maintains a standard addressing fitness-for-service assessment techniques for pressurized equipment such as vessels, heat exchangers, piping, tankage, and boilers.
ASME Post Construction Code Week is an event for all ASME Committees related to post construction. The meetings are generally held in March and are open to the general public. Interested participants are requested to register in advance.
The Post Construction Committee develops and maintains standards addressing common issues and technologies related to post construction activities and works with other consensus committees in the development of separate, product specific, codes and standards addressing issues encountered after initial construction for equipment and piping covered by Pressure Technology Codes and Standards. (1) Construction as used herein is an all-inclusive term, comprising materials, design, fabrication, examination, inspection, testing, certification, and pressure relief.
