About FFSJC/PCC

This will be the first combined meeting between the API/ASME Fitness-for-Service Joint Committee (FFSJC) and the ASME Post-Construction Committee (PCC).

The FFSJC developed and maintains the API 579-1/ASME FFS-1 Fitness-For-Service International Code and the API 579-2/ASME PTB-14 Fitness-For-Service Example Problems Manual. The PCC developed and maintains ASME PCC-1 Pressure Boundary Bolted Flange Joint Assembly, ASME PCC-2 Repair of Pressure Equipment and Piping, and ASME PCC-3 Inspection Planning Using Risk-Based Methods. These Codes and Standards are extensively utilized in a variety of industries including refining, oil and gas (including upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors), fertilizer, food processing, chemicals, petrochemicals, and power generation.

ASME FFSJC/PCC Code Week will include several working committee meetings in addition to various technical presentations and learning sessions. There will be multiple tracks available throughout the week. Code Week committee meetings are open to the public and offer invaluable networking opportunities.
