Author Registration Requirements

  • For each Technical Publication and Technical Presentation, a minimum of one author must be registered at the Full Conference Author rate. If a paper will have a non-student registration associated with it, that person should register first during Author Registration and then students will be able to register at the student rate during Advanced Registration. If the student is the only author attending the conference, then the student will register at the full author rate during Author Registration.

  • One author registration fee can cover up to a maximum of two (2) technical papers or presentation only presentations plus two (2) additional poster presentations. An author registering at the author rate with more than two (2) technical papers or presentation only presentations to present, must request a co-author to register.

Ensure that your Username and Password is the same for BOTH your paper submission account as well as your membership account.

Anyone attending the conference including authors, presenters, chairs, and session organizers must register and pay the appropriate fee. Students who are Presenters MUST provide a copy of a valid student ID along with the registration number within 24 hours after registering. Students who are Attendees do not need to email their IDs in advance but will be asked to show the ID onsite.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR AUTHORS/PRESENTER: The advance registration deadline for authors/presenters and presentation only is July 18, 2022. At least one author of accepted papers must register and pay by July 18th in order to be able to submit the final paper. Please follow this link Guidelines to view all the Program/Publication Requirements. This option and rate will not be available after the deadline.

Full Registration Includes: Access to Technical Sessions, Keynotes, Breakfast, Coffee Breaks, Lunch, Award Dinner, Exhibits and On-line access to all technical presentations. One day registration rates are only available for purchase onsite.

Cancellation Policy: Request must be made in writing and submitted no later than September 16, 2022. A $100 processing fee will be applied to all refund requests. Refunds are NOT permitted on/after September 16, 2022

Substitutions: Registrations may not be transferred or substituted at any time.

Student Registration Fees: Student registration rates are only available to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full time and have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students.

Presentation Policy: All scheduled presentations MUST be formally presented on-site at the conference in Indianapolis Indiana USA. All scheduled presentations MUST be formally presented on-site. "Technical Publication" type presentations will be published after the conference, only if the on-site presentation is done by an Author or Co-Author of that paper. "Technical Presentations" are not scheduled to be published.
