The Nanoscale Energy and Interfacial Transport (NEIT) Lab at the University of Maryland studies heat transfer and interfacial transport to develop thermal management technologies for data centers, power electronics, and communication systems. Research includes microfluidic two-phase cooling, phase change materials, and thermal packaging, with industry and government collaborators.
