Call for Posters

Poster Track Description

This track will involve presentation of technical posters in various areas of advanced manufacturing research. Authors and presenters are invited to participate in this event to expand international cooperation, understanding and promotion of efforts and disciplines in all areas of advanced manufacturing research. Dissemination of knowledge by presenting research results, new developments, and novel concepts is the focus of this Track.

Poster presentation session(s) are co-located with networking reception(s).

The posters will be set up and displayed by 3 pm on Tuesday (day 2) of the conference, and continue to be displayed through 5 pm on Thursday (day 4). To facilitate networking, the poster display location will be in close proximity to conference technical presentation rooms.

Poster Abstract and Full Poster Submission

Note: No abstracts or posters are to be submitted to the organizers; submissions will only be accepted via the MSEC conference website.

Authors are encouraged to submit a poster abstract on the MSEC2018 website by November 2, 2018. The PDF document of the poster (formatted according to the ASME MSEC poster template) must be submitted for review by February 28, 2019. Authors may submit a poster for review even if they did not submit a poster abstract by November 2, 2018. Authors will be notified of acceptance by March 15, 2019. The completed copyright transfer form must be submitted by March 8, 2019, and the presenting author must pre-register by April 5, 2019, to prevent the poster (and abstract) from being withdrawn from the conference.
